Terms of Use

The calculators and guides on Dalil Tech are for general information only. The numbers they produce are estimates, not professional electrical, engineering, storage, or financial advice.

I provide everything here with no warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Use it at your own risk. Verify anything critical (like UPS sizing or drive choices) with a qualified professional or the manufacturer before you act on it.

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage that comes from relying on the tools or guides on this site.

The publishing service

publish.dalil-tech.com is a social media management service for scheduling and publishing posts to the networks you connect, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others. Accounts are opened by request.

You connect your own accounts, or accounts you have permission to manage, through each network's official login and API. Connecting an account lets the service publish the posts you schedule to that account on your behalf. Nothing goes out on its own. A post stays a draft until you schedule it, and disconnecting an account deletes the tokens stored for it.

You are responsible for what you post and for following each network's own rules, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Do not use the service to post content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks the policies of the network you are posting to, and do not connect accounts you are not allowed to use. I can suspend or close access if the service is used in a way that breaks these terms or a connected network's rules.

The privacy policy covers what the service stores when you connect an account and how to have it deleted. The service is provided as is, with no warranty that it will be available or error free, and the same limits on liability above apply to it.
